Mission Statement

The Cornwall Golf Union was founded in 1901 and exists to promote and retain the traditions and rules of the ancient amateur game of Golf within the Duchy. The Primary aim of the Cornwall Golf Union is to promote the welfare and interest of all the amateur golfers of affiliated clubs in the County of Cornwall and to organise such activities as may be considered desirable by the Executive Committee for the benefit of affiliated clubs and their members.

We currently have 30 affiliated member clubs and details of all of these can be found within the website. In turn the County Union is affiliated to England Golf which administers the interests of amateur golfers across the country.
