Junior Squad Coaches Wanted!

The Performance & Development Team are looking to appoint individual coaches for the County Girls and Boys U/18, U/16, U/14, U/12 and Junior Academy.

As Cornwall Golf moves closer to officially becoming a unified body we are looking to appoint coaches to our junior squads. Over the past couple of years we have run the successful junior academy which has already started to deliver some positive outcomes.

We now want to continue and progress and drive up standards in Cornwall and develop our talent. Richard Bunch the Performance and Development Manager commented, "We are currently someway behind other counties. We need to raise our standards in what we deliver as a county to ensure our young talent is given the best possible opportunity. We can only do this by investing in our professional coaches to deliver a focused and ongoing process. Every junior golfer in Cornwall deserves the chance to reach their full potential."

Coaches will be expected to deliver squad coaching days and attend matches and competitions as and when required. They will be working under our County Coaching Lead PGA Professional Richard Sadler. Coaches can expect competitive fees and reasonable expenses.
