ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday 24th MARCH - INVOICES TO FOLLOW FOR THOSE WHO REQUIRE ONCE YOU CONFIRM ENTRY NUMBERS
This years school event will be held at Mawgan Porth Golf Club ( Previously known as Merlin Golf Club) on Wednesday 2nd April - with tee times starting at 10am. The event is an Individual Medal competition with onward progression to the U19 Regional event and the U16 National event. There is also a separate team event - best 3 scratch scores - all team members must be from the same school/college. If you wish to enter this separate event i just need to know your teams of 3 prior to start. The best 9 team scratch scores from across all the County events will qualify for the National team scratch event later in the year at Woodhall Spa.
The event is a qualifier as per all events so official handicaps are required - those who have played in schools golf events before will not be required to provide CDH numbers as they will now be on the system - new players to schools golf will need to do this.
£30 affiliation for the year plus £10 entry per player - there are new bank details - more info to follow and deadline for entry is Monday 24th March please.
The event is a qualifier for the regional event which is being held this year at Wilmslow Golf club on the 18/19 May - Top 6 Boys and Top 3 Girls to attend. NOTE EARLIER TIME OF YEAR
Players with an official handicap of 28+ will be taking part in a 9 hole qualifier event - they will in fact play 12 holes but only the front 9 will count towards their qualifying score.
Entry fees will remain the same.
