As part of the ongoing process towards unification of the Cornwall Ladies County Golf Association with the Cornwall Golf Union to form Cornwall Golf, the unification working group are looking to appoint a County Chair person. The successful applicant will chair the new board of Cornwall Golf Ltd.

The closing date for application is Friday 27th June 2025 and it is anticipated the new Chair will be appointed in July 2025 and join the existing working group.

The information provided details the positions to be appointed to the Board and how the process of those appointments will be administered via a Nominations Committee whose members are identified. Five Directors are sought for the roles of Finance, Performance & Development, Club Support, Championships & Competitions, and Governance. Brief outlines of the directors roles are included.
The process of appointment will be staggered commencing, as outlined, in July with the Chair, followed in August by the Finance Director with other Directors following on in Autumn 2025. It is essential there is both female and male board representation.

The Nominations Committee will then select the most appropriate individual to fill the vacancies following interviews.
