Mens Team

The Men’s County Golf Team is committed to competing at the highest level while proudly representing the county on and off the course. Our focus is on building a strong, competitive squad that combines experienced players with emerging talent.

Our Cornwall Golf Men’s Captain is Adam Bridgewater, supported by Alex Hines as Vice-Captain.

The Men’s Team competes in the Channel League with Devon, Dorset, Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, Gwent, Somerset and Wiltshire.

The main week of the year is SWCGA Amateur & Team Championship Week and includes a 36-hole gross team aggerate on the Tuesday, with the winners progressing onto representing the South West Counties in the England Golf Men’s County Finals in August. The other five days are playing team foursomes and singles match play against the five other South West Counties.

The 2026 Men’s South West Week is being held at the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club in Dorset.
