Golf Sixes League
Welcome to Golf Sixes League
The exciting and innovative Golf Sixes League, driven by the Golf Foundation, is a playing format for juniors getting started in golf.
Created in 2017 to give young golfers the opportunity to play on the golf course in a format that is fun, team-based and suitable for beginners.
Golf Sixes League involves teams of 6, playing six holes in pairs using the highly inclusive Texas Scramble format. This format is designed for Golf Access players before a golfer achieves a handicap, or for golfers with handicaps of 37 and above.
The Golf Foundation has a host of resources and a league management system to support all clubs that are part of a Golf Sixes League.
You will find lots of supporting resources in the Team Manager Support and Parent Support sections of this website.
Every year, a number of golf clubs in Cornwall sign up to the Golf Sixes League and this leads to new junior golfers experiencing representing their clubs for the first time.
